This is my good deed of the day:
Firestone at Garland Road and Easton (10502 Garland Road, near Jupiter Lanes) is giving away passes good for one free game of bowling PER DAY at Jupiter Lanes (shoe rental not included, the cheap bastards). Good through September 30. Get 'em whilst their hot.
Please note I do not leave this message out of the kindness of my heart, but rather because I had an opportunity to help an old lady cross the street this morning, and I chose not to do so. And now I'm feeling guilty about it, so I want to do a good deed to compensate.
Maybe it wasn't so much not helping her as it was sprinting across the cross walk as the "Don't Walk" sign was blinking, then turning around and shouting back at her, across the street, "Maybe next time Grandma!! Today you''re just too slow! Too f***ing slow!!"
